Introduction:

Thank you for downloading this collection of game objects. These objects are all related to my game called 'Max in Muziekland' ('Max in Musicland') for a Dutch contest in November 2006. It had to be a fun game for children. The event was sponsored by the 'Clini-clowns'. My game wasn't quite finished, unfortunutely - some physics problems. so unfortunately I didn't win. But the objects are pretty suitable for prototyping other games.

I hope the models can help you in one way or another. Note that some models have a videopost configured, for nice glowing effects. These files are all made in an old version of 3D Studio Max, version 7. you can get (trial-) versions of the latest 3D Studio Max (and other 3D software) at: http://www.autodesk.com/3dsmax

Some models have animations as well. I suppose the objects with bones aren't very flexible... I haven't had much experience with bones (bipeds) yet.

Note that you can use the simple straight tile as well. I recommend you to make something else, these will give you a headache when positioning!

- Preview contains previews of all max files
- Sprites contains some of the animated sprites, pre rendered
- Max contains max objects
- Max\Textures contains textures, you will probably get warnings when opening the max files. Point to this dir.

These objects can be freely used for simple, educational games, techdemo's, everything that is non commercial. I would *highly* appreciate it that you would inform me of the usage! I'm very interested in what you can come up with. It's a tiny effort compared to the time I spent in making these models, and sorting them all for you.
